Nicole George - General Manager at FloorMe!
 
 
 

Nicole George

 

General Manager

 
Nicole is the General Manager at FloorMe! and holds a Bachelor's degree in both Sociology and Political Science from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining the FloorMe! team, Nicole spent time in Colorado and Hawaii where she worked in Interior Design at Briggs Draperies & Design, the Designer Loft at the Honolulu Design Center, and independently as Nicole Briggs & Associates. She has worked on projects ranging from a la carte design consultation services to full-scale design/remodeling of Aspen ski homes and downtown penthouses and even worked on a Japanese wedding chapel renovation in Waikiki. Nicole’s work has been published in Boulder County Lifestyle magazine, Luxe magazine, and Modern Wahine magazine.

Nicole enjoys creating functional spaces that reflect the personalities and lifestyles of those who live there. Meeting customers and helping their dreams become a reality is the best part of Nicole’s career. She believes that what she does is the “frosting on the cupcake of life”—her work transforms customers' homes into the home of their dreams, both functionally and visually. She believes it’s a fun and exciting process and loves to share that joy with her clients.

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Nicole finds that it is very rewarding to help customers find solutions that they love. She loves the caring, welcoming atmosphere created in the FloorMe! space and the people who fill it, that extends to her customers. As a team, FloorMe! always aims to do the right thing. Nicole is proud to work for a company that she trusts and believes in. Plus, she has fun while doing it!

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. She loves snowboarding, camping, paddle boarding, fishing, camping, and enjoying nature in the mountains or by the ocean. Jamie is a Flooring Design and Sales Consultant at FloorMe! and has worked in the home improvement and design industry for over 10 years. She holds an Interior Design Certificate from Manchester Community College, previously worked in Staging and Decorating, and was a Design Consultant for a tile company.

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Jamie loves the environment – everyone works together as a team. She enjoys working with the different flooring applications and collaborating with the other designers and businesses within the Nashua Home Design Center.

Outside of FloorMe!, Jamie loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys crafting, disc golfing, fishing, and playing pool and darts.

Dana joined FloorMe! after working on many independent interior design projects with the knowledgeable staff of FloorMe!. She is proud to represent a business whose philosophy, vision, and enthusiasm match her own.
With over 25 years in interior design, Dana has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 commercial and high-end residential clients. Her interior design skills include:
  • Kitchen and bath design.
  • Floor planning and staging.
  • Product specification (furniture, lighting, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry hardware, paint, and tile).
In addition, Dana trained under one of the top historic building preservation, renovation, and restoration experts in the country.

Dana has extensive hands-on experience with home design as well as construction and renovation project management. In her previous role, she managed a global luxury brand design showroom. In addition, Dana has held various management positions, which developed her skills in strategic planning, business development, marketing, branding, and public relations.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a certified Mediator. As an educator, she has taught interior design classes at the college level.

When not utilizing her design expertise, Dana loves to write and is the author of two international murder mysteries. She enjoys traveling and finds inspiration for her writing in the numerous countries she has visited. In addition, Dana is a Board of Directors member of a non-profit, The Thank You Project, whose mission is building water wells in rural African countries. She also loves the outdoors and playing tennis. Dana lives in Nashua and enjoys a close relationship with her family, whom all live in New England.

Cayla is a Flooring Design and Sales Consultant at FloorMe! and has worked in the home improvement industry since 2008, primarily focusing on Flooring and Home Décor.

At FloorMe!, Cayla loves working with her welcoming, inspiring, and dedicated colleagues. She enjoys working with the wide variety of lines and styles that FloorMe! carries, and the creativity she is allowed to assist customers in designing and planning their dream projects.

Outside of work, you can find Cayla catching live music, discovering new places to paddleboard or hike with her dog, making jewelry, and knitting.

Mike is a Nashua native and has been working in logistics, deliveries, and warehouse management for most of his career. Mike is a Navy veteran (a Petty Officer 2nd class onboard the USS Bonhomme-Richard) with a passion for history (he attended the University of Massachusetts for History!).

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Mike appreciates the team atmosphere – he loves how his coworkers are kind, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable! He likes that at FloorMe!, we help people because we care, and it’s the right thing to do – we want a customer’s home to be as they deserve, and the process of getting there to be as painless as possible!

Deb is a longtime local of New Hampshire, and currently resides in Londonderry, NH with her family. Deb is a Certified Lighting Designer via the American Lighting Association, and has been working in the design and remodeling industry since 2001.

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Deb loves the personal feel and the flexibility to be creative!

When not at work, Deb is an avid cyclist – she loves mountain biking, road biking, and just being outdoors in general! She also enjoys decorating and refinishing furniture.

Tim Fafard is FloorMe!'s Lead Warehouse Specialist. He is responsible for our product management, delivery, shipping, and processing for FloorMe!. Prior to joining the team, he worked in the warehouse management and manufacturing industries. When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Tim enjoys the positive atmosphere from the team.

Maureen is FloorMe!’s Bookkeeper and Administrative Specialist. Maureen’s educational background is in Accounting, and she had worked in the Administrative field as an HR Director and Office Manager, Production Coordinator, and Accounting Specialist before joining the FloorMe! team.

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Maureen loves the “family feel” and the true team atmosphere. She loves that we treat our customers with integrity, and that we pride ourselves on always having their best interests at heart.
